No. 391 A—In exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Section (3) of Section 11 of
the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act 2 of 1974) the High Court are pleased to confer upon
the Munsif (Civil Judge, Junior Division) named in column no. 2 of the table given below, the
powers of a Judicial Magistrates of the Ist. Class also for the district noted against his name in
column no.3 of the table.
