The 27th April 2009

S. O. 62 dated the 6th may 2009— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1) of

Section 13 and sub-section (1) of Section 14 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Court's Act, 1887

(Act 12 of 1887) and sub-section (6) of section 9 of the criminal procedure code 1973 (Act No. 2 of

1974) and in consultation with the High Court of Judicature at Patna, the Governor of Bihar is pleased

to direct that:—

(a) One of the courts of Additional District and session Judge already working in the

session division Nawadah, shall now hold its sittings inside District Jail Nawadah for

trial of sessions cases pending against Akhilesh Singh (Son of Narayan Singh) in the

session Divisions of Nawadah and Nalanda.

(b) This notification shall come into force with effect from the publication of official

gazette.
