The 27th April 2009

S. O. 64, dated the 6th may 2009— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of

the code of criminal procedure 1973 (Act No. 2 of 1974) and in consultation with the High

Court of Judicature at Patna, the State Government of Bihar is pleased to establish a court of

Judicial Magistrate of 1st Class, inside the District Jail, Nawadah as Follows:-

(a) One of the Courts of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class already working in the session

division Nawadah shall now hold its sittings inside District Jail, Nawadah for

trial of cases pending against Akhilesh Singh (son of Narayan Singh) in the

courts of Judicial Magistrates in the sessions divisions of Nawadah and Nalanda.

(b) This notification shall come into force with effect from the publication of official

gazette.
