section 6 of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 (Bihar Act 11, 2007) the Governor of Bihar is

pleased to constitute the following Nagar Parishads, draft of which is previously

published through the department's notification no. 6051 dated 17.12.2008 for the

purpose of the said Act in the areas lying within the places noted below in schedule 'A' in

the Districts of Begusarai and bounded as follows and to apply to the said areas the

relevant provisions of the Act:-
