The Committee has further resolved to provide package of Rs. 2 Lacs in addition

to entitlement as a member of the Trust Committee to such advocates who suffer serious

injuries resulting in permanent disability to discharge their professional duties. The injury

his professional duties.

The Trustee Committee has further proposed a lump sum payment of Rs. 50,000/-

to such members who have suffered injury in above referred manner resulting in

disability above 40% of their limp or eyes.

The Bar Council having considered the overall interest of advocate members and

framed by the Trust Committee.

The scheme shall come in force with effect from 1st of July 2009.

The Scheme be published in the State Gazette immediately.
