The 28th August 2009

S. O. 161, dated 28th August 2009—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

section (1) of Section-13 and sub-section (1) of Section 14 of the Bengal, Agra and

Assam Civil Courts Act, 1887 (Act XII of 1887) and sub-section (3) of section 9 of the

code of criminal procedure 1973 (Act 2 of 1974) and in modification of all the previous

orders and notifications issued on the subject, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to direct

that:-

(a) The Court of Additional District Judge of Munger Judgeship shall now be

held at Sheikhpura also for the disposal of cases arising in the district of

Sheikhpura, and

(b) The Court of Additional sessions judge of Munger Judgeship, shall now

also hold its sittings at Sheikhpura for the disposal of such cases as it may

arise within the local limits of Sheikhpura District.

(c) This notification shall come into force with effect from 5th September

2009.
