2. Price Quoted in Financial Bid Both without Tax and With Tax.
3. All relevant document i.e. photocopy of PAN card, Authority letter, Quality Certificate, Sales Tax
Registration Certificate, Sales Tax Clearance Certificate, Specification of the instruments should
be attached along with Technical Tender.
4. Superintendent reserve right to rejects any tender without given any reason.
