No 4 (N) Gath-15/2008-297 /UD&HD—In exercise of powers conferred by

section 6 of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 (Bihar Act 11, 2007) the Governor of Bihar is

pleased to constitute the following Nagar Panchayat, draft of which is previously

published through the department's notification no. 1947, dated the 4th June 2009 for the

purpose of the said Act in the areas lying within the places noted below in schedule 'A' in

the District of Saran and bounded as follows and to apply to the said areas the relevant

provisions of the Act:—
