The 25th February 2010

No. I/M¹- 714/2009-522—In exercise of the powers conferred u/s 78 of the

Registration Act, 1908 the Governor of Bihar makes the following amendment in Article-

‘A’ of the Table of fee notified vide S.O.No.-900, dated 18th December 1990: --

^^Article –‘A’ –

(i) Fee for registration of

instrument of exchange

of

agricultural

land,

where the area of the

exchange

property

those not vary by more

than 25%

–

Fully exempted.

(ii) Fee for registration of

instrument of exchange

of other kinds of land/

property

–

As

instrument

of

conveyance

on

the

value based on market

value of the property of

greater

value

under

exchange. ^^

2. It shall come into force immediately.
