No. 4 (N) gath-21/2008-1559—In exercise of powers conferred by section 3 read
with section-4 of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007 (Bihar Act, 11,2007) the Governor of
Bihar desires to publish the following draft order, which is published for the information
of those who are likely to be affected by it and notice is hereby given that the said draft
would be considered within a month from the publication of this notification.
In Exercise of powers conferred by section-8 of the Bihar Municipal Act, 2007
the Governor of Bihar is also pleased to abolish the notification no-1689 dated-
20.05.2009 constituting Nagar Parishad, Hilsa.

under section-5 of the said Act.
