The 12th August 2010

S.O. 165, dated the 12th August 2010—In exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Bihar Tax on Entry of Goods Into Local Areas for

Consumption, Use or Sale Therein Act, 1993 (Bihar Act 16, 1993), the Governor of Bihar

is pleased to make the following amendments in the Notification No. S.O. 95, dated 31

July, 2008:-
