section 9 (2) (a) of the Bihar Cinema (Regulation) Act 15, 1954 (Bihar Act 15, 1954) the

Governor of Bihar is pleased to add the following new proviso to rule 27 of the Bihar

Cinema (Regulation) Rules, 1974 as follows:—

" Provided that the maintenance fee shall be the following which will be collected

by the Cinema Owners :-

(a) Air Conditioned – 3 per ticket

(b) Air cooled – 2.50 per ticket

(c) Others – 2 per ticket "

2. It shall come in to force from the date of issue of the notification.
