No. 434/BR/LA/2009(2):- In pursuance of the provisions of section 22 of sub-
section (1) of the Representation of the People act, 1951 (43 of 1951 ), the Election
Commission of India hereby makes the following amendment in its Notification
No.434/BR-LA/2009 (2) dated 23rd August, 2010 as amended from time to time, relating
to appointment of Assistant Returning Officers of Assembly Constituencies, to assist the
Returning Officer in counting of votes during general Election to the Legislative
Assembly of Bihar, 2010, namely ;
In column 2 of the Table appended to the said notification against item no. 99-
Baikunthpur, 100- Barauli, 102- kuchaikote, 103- Bhorey (SC), 163-Belhar, 167-
Suryagarha, 189- Masaurhi (SC), 216-Jehanabad, 217- Ghosi and 218- Makhdumpur
(SC) the entries mentioned in column (2) of the Table below shall be added.
