29 Agrahayan, 1930 (SAKA)
No. 434/BR-HP/2009(2) :- In pursuance of the provisions of sub section (1) of
section 22 of the Representation of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), the Election
Commission of India hereby makes the following amendment in its Notification No.
434/BR-HP/2009(2) dated 26th February, 2009 as amended from time to time, relating to
appointment of Assistant Returning Officer of Parliamentary Constituencies, to assist the
Returning Officer in counting of votes during Bye Election to the 27-Banka
Parliamentary Constituency.
In column (2) of the Table appended to the said notification against item no.
27-Banka, the following entries shall be added.
