NOTIFICATION
The 9th May, 2011
No. B1-3-37/2011- 26—WHEREAS election has been held in pursuance of
notification issued under section 16 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of
1951) for the purpose of filling the 4 (Four) seats from Saran Graduates’ Constituency,
Gaya Graduates’ Constituency, Gaya Teachers’ Constituency and Koshi Teachers’
Constituency of Bihar Legislative Council because of their term of office expiring on 8th
May, 2011.
NOW, THEREFORE, in pursuance of section 74 of the said Act, the names of
members, elected from above Graduates and Teachers Constituencies for Bihar
Legislative Council are hereby notified for general information :-
