S.O. 363, the 28th September 2011—In exercise of the powers conferred under Section-10

of the Notaries Act, 1952 (53 of 1952) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to remove the name of

Sri Gulam Rabbani, Notary Public, Gopalganj whose appointment had been made as notary

under Law Department's Notification memo no.3898/J, dated 27th August 2004 on the basis of

report received from vide letter no 667, dated 7th April 2011 from the register maintained for

Notaries under Section-4 of the Notaries, due to give-up legal practice in Gopalganj district.
