PUBLIC DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM (CONTROL) (SECOND

AMENDMENT) ORDER, 2011

G.S.R. 5, dated 12^th October 2011—In exercise of power conferred by

section-3 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 (Central Act – 10 of 1955), the

Government of Bihar, Food and Consumer Protection Department, Bihar, Patna

hereby makes the following amendments in Part of clause 2, of the "Public

Distribution System (Control) Order, 2001 as issued vide GSR No. 1, dated 20^th

February, 2007.

AMENDMENT

The following words and figures shall be added in Para -2 after the words

and figures "Every application for the grant of the licence shall be made to

the respective licensing authority in prescribed Form-I" :-

" and in Form-I A by Co-operative Socities and in Form-I B by Self

Help Group which are appended herewith".

2. This order shall come into force at once.
