notification issued under sub-section (1) of section 150 and sections 30 and 56 of

the Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) for the purpose of filling of

vacant seat of Bihar Legislative Assembly from 109-Daraunda Assembly

Constituency due to death of elected member Smt. Jagmato Devi on 26^th June,

2011.

Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 74 of the said Act, the name of the
