Specified Foodstuffs (Amendment) order 2011, with prior concurrence of Government of

India, in the words and expressions used in respect of purchase, movement, sale, supply,

distribution or storage for sale in the Removal of (Licensing Requirements Stock Limits

and Movement Restrictions) on Specified Foodstuffs order 2002 shall be kept in

abeyance for commodities, namely, Pulses for a further period up to 30^th September,

2012, from the date of commencement of this order.

2. The validity of the departmental notification issued vide memo no. 6970,

dated 6^th December 2010 is extended upto 30^th September, 2012.

3. The provisions of Bihar Trade Articles (Licensing Unification) order 1984 shall

remain applicable in respect of wholesale and Retail dealer of Pulses.

4. Previously issued corresponding notifications/orders shall deem to be amended

upto this extent.

5. This notification shall come into force at once.
