of the Mines & Mineral (Development and Regulation) Act. 1957 (Act no.67 of 1957),

The Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following amendment in schedule I & II of

Rule 26(1) (a) & (b) respectively of Bihar Minor Mineral concession Rule,1972 which

shall come into force with immediate effect:-
