No. 62 A— The Judicial Officer, Civil Judge (Junior Division) named in column no. 2 of the
table given below is appointed as Munsif by the Court, in the Judgeship and station mentioned in column
no. 3, and in the chain indicated in column no. 4 of the table.
As mentioned in column no. 5, the officer concerned is also vested with the powers under Sub
Section (2) of Section 19 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam Civil Courts Acts, 1887, (Act XII of 1887) as
