S.O. 86, dated 29th March 2012—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

section (1) of section-13 and sub-section (1) of Section 14 of The Bengal, Agra and

Assam Civil Courts Act, 1887 (Act XII of 1887) and Sub-Section (1) of Section 11 of

The Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Act 2 of 1974) and in modification of all the

previous orders and notifications issued on the subject the Governor of Bihar is, here by

pleased to direct that:-

(a) The Court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Court of Munsif and Courts

of Judicial Magistrates, First Class of Dehri Sub-division in the district of Rohtas shall be

established at Dehri.

(b) The Jurisdiction of the aforesaid Courts of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,

Munsif and Judicial Magistrate, First class, shall be the entire local limits of the Sub-

division of Dehri in the district of Rohtas.

Judicial Magistrates, First class of Dehri shall hold its sitting at Dehri.

(d) This Notification shall come into force with effect from 7th April 2012.
