No. B1-3-28/2012-13—Whereas election has been held in pursuance of notification

issued under section 16 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) for the purpose

of filling the 11 (Eleven) seats of members of Bihar Legislative Council, elected by members of

Bihar Legislative Assembly, their term of office expiring on 06^th May, 2012.

Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 74 of the said Act, the names of members of
