S.O. 120, dated 11th July 2012—In exercise of the powers

conferred by sub-section (4) of section 15 of Bihar Value Added Tax

Act, 2005 the Governor of Bihar is pleased to amend notification number

S.O. 45, Dated the 4^th May, 2006 issued by the Commercial Taxes

Department in the following way, namely-
