The 21st September 2012

S.O. 170 dated 21st September 2012—In exercise of the powers conferred

under clause (c) of sub-section (1) of Section-14 of the Bihar Value Added Tax

Act, 2005 (Act No. 27 of 2005) the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the

following amendment in the table appended to Commercial Taxes Department

Notification No. S.O. 24 dated 24^th March, 2005 as amended from time to time.

Amendment

1. In the said Table, for serial number 6 and its corresponding entries in

columns 2 and 3, the following entries shall be substituted, namely—
