The 24th September 2012

S.O. 172, dated the 24th September 2012—In continuation of Home (Special)

Department. Notification No. 5856 dated 26-06-2012 exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (3) of the Section -3 of the National Security Act, 1980 (No. 65/1980), the State

Government has been pleased to direct that All District Magistrates of the State of Bihar

shall exercise the powers conferred by sub section (2) of the said section within the

local limits of their jurisdiction for a further period of three months from 01-10-2012 to

31-12-2012
