by the third proviso to sub-rule (8) of Rule 19 of the Bihar Value Added Tax
Rules, 2005 the Commissioner is pleased to direct that, in addition to the
dealers required by Departmental Notification Numbers 1506, Dated
12.04.2012, 1330, Dated 15.04.2011, 2304, Dated 27.05.2010 and 2095,
Dated 15.06.2009 to furnish returns electronically on the departmental web-
site, the following category of dealers shall be required to furnish all returns
required to be furnish by them compulsorily by electronic means on the
departmental web-site:-
