No. 6Pa/Pa-Ni-09/2011/P.R./6915—Whereas, the Government of Bihar has decided
to hold the election of panchayat posts of newly constituted Gram Panchayat, Jamhor
(Aurangabad).
And, whereas, it is necessary to hold the election on different posts of Gram
Panchayat, Jamhor;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section-124 of the Bihar
Panchayat Raj Act, 2006, the Governor of Bihar is hereby pleased to fix, the 20th day of
December, 2012 as the date of poll for election of different posts, viz; the Gram Panchayat
Mukhiya, Gram Katchahry Sarpanch, Gram Panchayat Sadashya, Gram Katchahry Panch,
Panchayat Samiti Sadashya of the newly constituted Gram Panchayat, Jamhor (Aurangabad)
