S.O. 1, dated 2nd January 2013—In continuation of Home (Special) Department,

Notification No.-8554 dated 24-09-2012 exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3)

of the section-3 of the National Security Act, 1980 (No.-65/1980), the State Government has

been pleased to direct that All District Magistrates of the state of Bihar Shall exercise the

powers conferred by sub-section (2) of the said section within the local limits of their

jurisdiction for a further period of three months from 01.01.2013 to 31.03.2013.
