&91¼8½@jk0—In exercise of the powers conferred

under Sub Section (1) of Section -9 of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009, the State Government

hereby makes the following amendments in the list of Acts / Manuals contained in Sub Section (1)

of Section -9 of the Act with immediate effect:-

1.

Serial number "(v) The Bihar Tenants' Holdings (Maintenance of Records) Act,

1973" of the list of Acts / Manuals contained in sub section (1) of section -9 of the

Bihar Land Tribunal Act, 2009 is hereby deleted.

2.

After the serial number (ix) of sub section (1) of section-9 of the Bihar Land

Tribunal Act, 2009 serial number (x) The Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act,

2009, (xi) The Bihar Special Survey and Settlement Act, 2011 and (xii) The Bihar

Land Mutation Act, 2011 are added respectively in the list of Acts/Manuals.
