The 13th September 2013

G.S.R. 9, dated the 18th November 2013—Whereas, it is necessary to reconstitute

the "Advisory Board" under Section–9 of the Prevention of Black Marketing and

Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act 1980 (Act 7 of 1980).

Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Section –9 of the Prevention of

Black Marketing and Maintenance of Supplies of Essential Commodities Act, 1980, the

Governor of Bihar is pleased to appoint Hon'ble Mr. Justice Navin Sinha, (Sitting Judge) as

Chairman of the Advisory Board and Hon'ble Mr. Justice Aditya Narayan Chaturvedi

(Retired) and Hon'ble Justice Smt. Rekha Kumari (Retired) as Members, on the basis of

nomination of Hon'ble Chief Justice, High Court, Patna with immediate effect and

accordingly the said Board is hereby reconstituted.
