No.100/BR-LA/4/2014:-WHEREAS, the seat of Sh. Akhtarul Iman in the

Legislative Assembly of the State of Bihar, elected from 55-Kochadhaman Assembly

Constituency in the State, has become vacant on 15^th March, 2014 by reason of his

resignation; and
