No. 03—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 5 of the

Wildlife (Protection) Act, 1972 (No 53 of 1972) and in supersession of all previous orders

issued in this behalf, the Chief Wildlife Warden, Bihar with the prior approval of the State

Government of Bihar hereby delegates his powers and duties under different sections of this

Act as specified in column 3 to the Authorised officers mentioned in column 2 of the

following Table within the area of their jurisdictions with immediate effect : -
