The 5th September 2014

No. B1-3-129/2014-89—Whereas election has been held in pursuance of

notification issued under section 16 of the Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951)

for the purpose of filling up 1 (one) seat in the Legislative Council of the state of Bihar,

which became vacant by the resignation of Professor Gulam Gaus, elected by the members

of Legislative Assembly of State.

Now, therefore, in pursuance of section 74 of the said Act, the name of member,
