Governor of Bihar dated the 08-10-2014 is hereby published for general information: -

“In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under Article 188 of the

Constitution of India, I, Dr. D. Y. Patil, Governor of Bihar, hereby appoint Shri

Awadhesh Narain Singh, Chairman, Bihar Legislative Council to be the person before
