3. These Regulations shall come into force on the date of their

publication in the Bihar Gazette.

Amendment in clause 10 (4): Staff Consultants:

Clause 10 (4) shall be substituted by the following:-

“10 (4). The staff consultant may be categorized based on the

qualification and length of experience and offered consolidated fee

ranging rupees thirty five thousand only per month (for a fresh

candidate) and rupees sixty thousand only per month (for a

candidate having very long experience and expertise). The fee

indicated in this clause shall be revised time to time depending

upon the consumer price index and increase in Dearness

Allowance announced by the State Government from time to time,

as considered appropriate and determined by the Commission."
