5. The Rule 7 (17) of Part V (Non-Gazetted Class- III posts) with regard to recruitment

of Typists is replaced by the following :-

That after Sl.No.30 of the said Rules, the following is added:-

Savings.—All actions taken prior to the commencement of Patna High Court

Officers and Staff (Condition of Service and Conduct) (Amendment) Rules-2015 shall be deemed

to have been validly taken and exercised notwithstanding the amendment to these Rules.
