S.O.18, dated 20th January 2016— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(1) of
Section 3 of the Bihar Tax on Entry of Goods into Local Areas for Consumption, Use or Sale
Therein Act, 1993 (Bihar Act 16 of 1993), the Governor of Bihar is pleased to make the following
amendments to Departmental Notification Number S.O.- 95 dated 31 July, 2008, as amended from
time to time, namely :-
Amendments

The present entries in coloumn 3 of Serial number 17 of the said Schedule shall be
substituted by the figure and word “ 12 percent”
2.
After serial number 34 of the said notification, the following new serial numbers along
