No. B1-3-04/2016- 08—Whereas election has been held in pursuance of notification
issued under section 151, sub-section (1) of section 39 and section 56 of the Representation
of the People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) for the purpose of filling the 01 (One) seat vacant due
to resignation of Shri Bhim Singh elected by the elected members of the Legislative
Assembly of State of Bihar for Bihar Legislative Council.
