Constitution of India, I, Ram Nath Kovind, Governor of Bihar, desire to address

both Houses of the Bihar Legislature assembled together on the 25^th February,

2016 at 11.30 A.M. and desire the presence of their Members in the Assembly

Chamber at Patna.
