issued under sub-section (1)of section 150 and sections 30 and 56 of the Representation of
People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) for the purpose of filling of vacant seat of Bihar Legislative
Assembly from 31-Harlakhi Assembly Constituency due to death of elected member Sri
Basant Kumar on 30thNovember, 2015.
