S.O. 37, dated the 17^th February 2016—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

section (4) of section 15 of Bihar Value Added Tax Act, 2005 the Governor of Bihar is

pleased to amend the notification number S.O. 45, Dated the 4^th May, 2006 issued by the

Commercial Taxes Department by the following-

Amendment

The Table appended to notification number S.O. 45, Dated the 4^th May, 2006 issued

by the Commercial Taxes Department shall be substituted by the following Table:-
