No. MM-01/Mantri Parishad-05/2016/390—In exercise of the powers conferred by

clause (3) of Article 166 of the constitution of India, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to

make the following amendment in the Rules of Executive Business, of Bihar, 1979

(Amended from time to time) with immediate effect :-

Amendment

1. Serial No.- 38 of the Sl. No-01 Cabinet Secretariat Department in first Schedule of

Rules of Executive Business, 1979 (amended from time to time) is hereby deleted and the

following New Serial No.-35 is added in the list of allocated works under the Sl. No.-07 in

General Administration Department of its first Schedule :-

'35. Public Grievances Cell and Functions Related to Implementation and

Monitoring of The Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015 and Redressal

of all Public Grievances received to The Chief Secretary, Bihar.'
