The 16^th September 2016

S.O. 210 dated the 19^th September 2016—In exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (1) of Section 13 and Sub-Section (1) of Section 14 of the Bengal, Agra and

Assam Civil Courts Act 1887 (Act XII of 1887) and in modification of the previous

notifications and orders issued on the subject the Governor of Bihar is pleased to direct

that:-

(a)

The Court of Subordinate Judge [Civil Judge (Senior Division)] and the

Court of Munsif [Civil Judge (Junior Division)] of Balia Sub-division in the

district of Begusarai shall be established at Balia;

(b)

The Jurisdiction of the Court of Subordinate Judge [Civil Judge (Senior

Division)] and the Court of Munsif [Civil Judge (Junior Division)] of Balia

sub-division shall be the entire local limits of the Sub-division of Balia in the

District of Begusarai;

(c)

The Court of Subordinate Judge [Civil Judge (Senior Division)] and The

Court ofMunsif [Civil Judge (Junior Division)] of Balia sub-division shall

hold its sittings at Balia.

(d)

This Notification shall come into force with effect from 24^thSeptember,

2016.
