The 14th October 2016

S.O. 279 dated the 14th October 2016—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-

section (1) of Section 13 and Sub-Section (1) of Section 14 of the Bengal, Agra and Assam

Civil Courts Act 1887 (Act XII of 1887) and in modification of all the previous notifications

and orders issued on the subject, the Governor of Bihar is pleased to direct that:-

(a)

The Court of Subordinate Judge [Civil Judge (Senior Division)] and the Court of

Munsif [Civil Judge (Junior Division)] of Belsand Sub-division in the district of

Sitamarhi shall be established at Belsand;

(b)

The Jurisdiction of the Court of Subordinate Judge [Civil Judge (Senior Division)]

and the Court of Munsif [Civil Judge (Junior Division)] of Belsand sub-division

shall be the entire local limits of the Sub-division of Belsand in the District of

Sitamarhi;

(c)

The Court of Subordinate Judge [Civil Judge (Senior Division)] and The Court of

Munsif [Civil Judge (Junior Division)] of Belsand sub-division shall hold its sittings

at Belsand.

(d)

This Notification shall come into force with effect from the 22^nd October, 2016.
