The 4^th November 2016

S.O. 283, dated 8^th November 2016—In continuation of Home Department (Special

Branch) Notification No.-6134 dated 24.06.2016 in exercise of the powers conferred by

sub-section (3) of the section-3 of the National Security Act, 1980 (No.-65/1980), the State

Government has been pleased to direct that All District Magistrates of the state of Bihar shall

exercise the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of the said section within the local limits of their

jurisdiction for a further period of three months from 01.10.2016 to 31.12.2016.
