sec-211 of the Motor Vehicle Act, 1988, (Act 59,1988) the Governor of Bihar desires to make the

G.S.R. No. 16, dated 7^th October 1996 the following draft which is hereby published for the

information of the persons to be affected by it as required by section 212 of the Act and it is hereby

given notice that all objection and suggestions relating to the said draft of notification received

within a month through all Joint commissioner -cum- secretary, Regional Transport Authority and

District Transport Officer, Bihar will be considered.
