And whereas, it is necessary to extend the supersession period from 01.04.2016 to

31.03.2017.

So, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 38(1) read-with-section 38(3)

(a) of The Road Transport Corporations Act, 1950, the supersession period of the Bihar

State Road Transport Corporation is being extended from the date 01.04.2016 to

31.03.2017.
