The 6^th December 2016

S.O. 305 dated 8^th December 2016—In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 388 of

the 'Indian Succession Act 1925' (39 of 1925), the State Government, in consultation with the High

Court of Judicature at Patna, is hereby pleased to authorize, all the Civil Judges (Senior Division),

posted in Civil Courts of the State, to grant succession certificate in terms of section 371 of the

'Indian Succession Act 1925' (39 of 1925).

2. This notification shall come into force with effect from the date of its publication in

official Gazette.
