No.8/Niyam Sanshodhan-08-04/09-224 (8)/R—In exercise of the powers conferred under

section 3 of the Bihar Money Lenders Act, 1974 (Bihar Act 22 of 1975), the Governor of Bihar is

hereby pleased to exempt the Non Banking Financial Companies (N.B.F.Cs) registered with R.B.I.

under section 45 I A of R.B.I Act, 1934, Whose functions are to provide credit and other facilities

for the industrial and economic development relating to agriculture of the State, from all the

provisions of the said Act with effect from the date of the issuance of the this Notification.
